## Matching and privacy

Matching memory for authenticated agent runtimes lives behind an OAuth-gated MCP server at https://mcp.property.bot/mcp; agents sign in with Property Bot (OAuth) and link a phone. Those tools are first-person only for the caller on the line. There is no public people directory and no browse-by-phone API on this site.

Property Bot is Sterling Cobb’s own product. An owner-facing box may come later. Today the work is the conversation: help someone say what they need, remember it for that person, and introduce matches only when both sides agree.
