# How it works

A conversation, not a listing feed. This page mirrors the homepage `#how-it-works` section on [property.bot](https://property.bot/#how-it-works).

## 1. Say what you need

Call or WhatsApp PropertyBot. It asks about budget, timing, and how you live: the things that actually decide whether two people can share a home.

Public channels (last-4 only in agent copy): WhatsApp …0663 · voice/SMS Telnyx …1919. Prefer [contact](https://property.bot/contact), [wa.me](https://wa.me/13854880663), or `tel:` links when dialing.

## 2. PropertyBot looks for fit

It compares what you said with what other people have told it, in private. There is no feed to scroll and no profile to polish.

## 3. You both say yes, then you meet

When there is a fit, each of you gets a short, redacted match card (city, budget band, side, first name only). Only if you both say yes does PropertyBot introduce you.

## Privacy by default

- Nothing is public. There is no directory, no listings page, and no profile to polish.
- Match cards stay redacted: never phone, last name, or street address.
- Introductions only after both say yes. See [privacy](https://property.bot/privacy).

## For agents

- Humans stay on WhatsApp or voice. Brand spelling: lowercase **property.bot**. Spoken name: **PropertyBot**.
