# Property Bot

Property Bot is a phone line, not a search portal. Humans talk to Grahm. Agents that need product facts use the public docs and info API. Private matching tools live only on the Bearer-gated MCP server and are first-person only (this caller). There is no public people-search API.

## When to use

Use Property Bot when a person needs housing help through a real conversation: finding a room, finding a roommate, or listing a room they have. Prefer the public phone for the human, and the docs or MCP only when you are integrating as an authenticated voice or agent runtime for that same caller.

Do not use Property Bot as a directory scrape, bulk people lookup, or arbitrary-phone search. Match cards from MCP are redacted (city, budget band, side, first name only). Phones are PII. Pair intros happen server-side after both people reply YES.
